GENERAL INFORMATION

• Pelargonium 'citrosum' This well-loved plant is essentially prized for its citrus scent, which is known to hold mosquito-repelling properties.  Does well in well ventilated space/good air-circulation.

SOIL REQUIREMENT 

• Well drained soil.

LIGHT REQUIREMENT

• These plants prefer at least six to eight hours of sunlight every day whether it is planted outside or indoors near a window but can also tolerate some partial shade.  

WATER REQUIREMENT

• Water when the top inch of soil feels dry.  Do not over-water to prevent root rot.  
• Overwatering can lead to yellowing leaves, wilting, and even root rot. On the flip side, underwatering manifests as drooping leaves, dry soil, and crispy leaf edges.
