Returns, Exchange, & Cancellation Policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

  1. At Candy Floriculture Pte Ltd, we would like to guarantee the product you purchased from us is to your satisfaction.
  2. We hope you never receive a damaged, faulty or incorrect item from us, but if you do, please contact us immediately at Tel: +(65) 6256 6788 or Email: cs@candy.com.sg.
  3. Candy Floriculture Pte Ltd reserved the right for all returns, refunds, or exchanges of items purchase.
  4. Returns are subjected only to faulty product sold and Candy Floriculture reserve the right to inspect the condition of the products before exchanging or refunding.
  5. The exchange will be subjected to the availability of the product.
  6. FOR PERISHABLE PRODUCTS PURCHASES:- (Fresh-cut Flowers, Leaves or Foliages)
    1. Perishable products are non-refundable items and hence no refund and exchange will be allowed once delivery has been accepted.
  7. FOR LIFE PLANT PURCHASES:-
    1. We do not exchange/refund for cases listed below:
      1. Tears, holes in foliage, broken stems, yellow foliage, or dried and withering flowers are normal as they are living things. It is not possible to request for a perfect and flawless plant.
      2. We are committed to regular pest control, however as insects and pests are all part of the living organism.
  8. Should you receive life plants with insects/pests, we are happy to guide you on how you can remove them. We encourage you to have gardening sprays as part of the general gardening maintenance process. Please contact us within 24 hours upon receipt of your order.
  9. FOR NON PERISHABLES PURCHASES (Garden products):-
    1. It must be returned in its original packaging and in a resalable condition for a full refund/exchange within 07 days upon receipt of items.
    2. The product can be exchanged for another product of equivalent value or more.
    3. If the product exchange is of higher value, the customer will have to pay for the price difference.
    4. If the product exchange is of lesser value, the balance amount will not be returned.
    5. All other conditions delivered deemed beyond unacceptable, please send us photos of plants received within 24hrs to cs@candy.com.sg.
    6. Candy Floriculture Pte Ltd reserves the right to evaluate.
    7. Please return item(s) to our Retail Store at 567 Thomson Road, Singapore 298183.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  1. We understand your plans may change and orders may need to be canceled.
  2. We would want to accommodate your requests as best as we can.
  3. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the requested day of delivery via phone call at Tel: +(65) 6256 6788 or Email: cs@candy.com.sg
  4. Do note that there will be a Processing Administration charge of S$5.00 for both Paypal and PayNow cancellation.
  5. Thereafter, the refund of payment will be processed within 7 working days* upon cancellation request.
  6. For PayNow confirmation, payment should be made immediately to avoid delay in processing your order.
  7. As such, order(s) that are not paid 1 day before the selected delivery date will be canceled automatically. (*Working days are defined as Mondays to Fridays 9 am to 6 pm.)

EXCLUSION

  1. Delivery charges, products on promotion, and discounted items are not allowed for return/exchange.
