Delivery Policy

DELIVERY LOCATIONS

  1. We only ship locally in Singapore. There are no OVERSEAS shipments at the moment.
  2. However, you can create an account and order with us, we can still deliver them locally in Singapore.
  3. You should use the same Address and Contact # for Billing and Shipping information. And we will use your email for all correspondence as you are overseas and we are not able to contact you via phone.
  4. We would prefer you to indicate the receiver mobile/phone number so that we can directly liase with them if there is a shipment delay or some other shipping related issues.
  5. Local delivery charges will still apply.

DELIVERY CHARGES WITHIN SINGAPORE

  1. A delivery charge at a promotional rate of $10.00 (usual price: $30.00) will be included for all purchases unless self-collect at our retail store.
  2. Sometimes part of an order is out of stock and this may delay delivery.

  1. Even when agreeing with a firm delivery time, we shall be granted a reasonable extension of the delivery time, should we be in delay due to traffic conditions, weather, and unforeseen circumstances.
  2. In the event that the goods cannot be delivered on your preferred delivery date and/or time slot due to reasons including but not limited to lack of stock from suppliers or scheduling difficulties, you will be notified at our earliest convenience.
  3. Candy Floriculture Pte Ltd reserves the right to amend the delivery timings should such circumstances arise.


SERVICE CHARGE

  1. An additional rate from S$20.00 onwards will apply if there is no lift access/items that can’t fit in the lift/additional manpower required for carrying bulky and heavy items.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES FOR OTHER AREAS OF DELIVERY IN SINGAPORE

  1. Kindly note that there will be additional delivery charges for the following areas.
  2. These surcharges are imposed due to the length of time required to gain security clearance into these areas.
  3. The additional amount charge will be added to the Total Shipping Cost during Order Checkout.
  4. Candy Floriculture reserved the right to reject any Delivery Area that is deem not suitable or inaccessible.
  5. Additional Charges as follow:-
    1. AREA 1 - S$60 Marina Bay Sands
    2. AREA 2 - S$20 Sentosa
    3. AREA 3 - S$60 Jurong Island
    4. AREA 4 - S$60 All Airport Terminals and Cargo Complexes
    5. AREA 5 - S$60 All Shipyards, Ports and Naval Bases


ADDITIONAL CHARGES DURING PEAK PERIOD

  1. For peak periods like Christmas and Chinese New Year, there will be other areas eg. Sentosa whereby additional charges may be imposed.
  2. Additional delivery charges for Christmas tree(s) purchased with other general orders may also be imposed.
  3. Please refer to the Delivery T&Cs that will be made available during the festive period.

RE-DIRECTION OF ORDERS

  1. A surcharge of S$10.00 will be imposed for each re-direction of an order.
  2. In the event that the order is canceled after delivery has been attempted, the full price will still be payable.
