- How to calibrate:
- Dissolve the calibration powder of PH6.86 in 250ml of distilled water and stir till completely dissolved to form a buffer solution.
- Turn on the pH meter, immerse the electrode of the pH meter in the buffer solution of pH6.86 (temperature 25 deg C)
- Press the “CAL” (calibration) button for 5 seconds and then release.
- The display will start flashing “6.86”
- Wait until the display stops flashing
- Rinse the electrode with distilled water and wipe gently with filter paper to dry.
- Repeat above step with 4.01 pH calibration powder to complete the calibration.
