- Makes A Beautiful Indoor Plant and native to tropical rainforests, the Mallet Flower Tree is a fast grower to 25 feet or more, is shorter in stature, and more spreading than the common Schefflera.
- Perfect for a windbreak or along the fence line.
- Summer brings unusual, small mallet-shaped flowers on the trunk, without all the bees and messy cleanup like the common Schefflera.
- Leaves grow in groups of five to seven at the end of a long stem, giving the appearance of a floppy umbrella.

FEEDING/FERTILIZER REQUIREMENT
- It performs best when a balanced (20-20-20) liquid fertilizer is applied monthly during growth.
- Another option is to adjust to half-strength fertilizer and apply when watering every 2-3 weeks.
